In the Philippines, there\u2019s an underground market where people buy garbage from fast food restaurants, dig through it to find chicken scraps with meat still on them, then re-fry and re-sell them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They even have a name for it. It&#8217;s called PagPag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guy who investigated and filmed it actually ate a piece at the end.
