El Salvador didn\u2019t do the math, they followed the hype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Salvador thought:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBitcoin = instant investment boom. If we legalize Bitcoin, the Bitcoin whales will come. They\u2019ll build cities, businesses, even power plants.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But reality hit fast. What really happened:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bitcoiners came for a selfie, a coffee, maybe a surfboard. Some moved there thinking \u201cfreedom + Bitcoin = paradise.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most didn\u2019t build essential infrastructure. Few created jobs or long-term industries. Many left once they realized nothing was actually built yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth Bomb: El Salvador didn\u2019t attract builders. It attracted Bitcoiners who believe in Bitcoin, but not the ones who build the real-world systems that turn that belief into a working, sustainable nation and belief alone doesn\u2019t power factories, secure the grid, or build a self-sustaining nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s what they should have done:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Build energy and industrial zones first Offer real ownership and legal clarity Partner with doers, not just Twitter propagandists<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But come on, do you really think some rich Bitcoiner is going to show up and build a hydroelectric or geothermal megaton power plant?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s be real: Most Bitcoiners are investors, hodlers and freedom-seekers not industrialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it\u2019s not Bitcoiners fault. They grew up in a fiat world, working jobs, not building factories or running power grids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So\u2026 did El Salvador really think Bitcoin whales would flood in and build the future? Are there even that many whales to begin with?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did they seriously believe rich Bitcoiners would come rushing in to buy overpriced real estate and retire early?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes \u2014 El Salvador thought all that but Bitcoiners are smarter than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019re young, they\u2019re driven, and they\u2019re not looking to sit around in retirement doing nothing. And they sure as hell aren\u2019t buying into a real estate bubble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Salvador, nice try but you jumped the gun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bitcoiners might have the money, the vision, the freedom but Bitcoin is the foundation, not the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bitcoiners have the foundation but aren’t ready to build the house because they lack the knowledge, the tools, and the blueprint to build a house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What would you do if you were a Bitcoin whale? Would you really want to go to El Salvador to build a multi-million-dollar geothermal power plant?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
