How to never miss a zap in the future.

My nostr relay will not be free to use
I successfully installed my own Nostr relay with the help of ChatGPT. However, I quickly realized there’s no straightforward way to moderate spam since there’s no GUI. All moderation tasks have to be handled via the terminal using SQL commands.
I suspect this is why many relay administrators set up a relay, leave it running, and don’t actively moderate it. This explains the abundance of spam on free public relays.
I’ve decided not to keep my relay open to the public for free because:
1. I don’t believe in free services.
2. I’m not getting paid for managing my relay.
3. My time is valuable.
4. Moderation is too cumbersome.

I find it fascinating how these women adapted to Twitch’s rules, but here’s my take on it:
I support Twitch’s right to decide the type of content allowed on its platform. The reason Twitch gets billions of views every month is because it maintains a family-friendly atmosphere. Personally, I visit Twitch to watch people play video games and evaluate new titles. I don’t want to see cam girls there.
As for cam girls pretending to be “normal” streamers, I don’t mind. Rules are necessary to keep Twitch from turning into an adult platform.
I also support these women in doing what they love, even if it involves nudity. The issue is that cam sites take a significant cut of their earnings, require lots of personal information, and often viewers are discouraged from registering because they do not want to entering their credit card details. As a result, many cam girls migrate to family-friendly platforms and subtly infiltrate them, linking their OnlyFans profiles.

Since Nostr doesn’t seem to have a character limit I’ve noticed my notes have been longer and longer.
Is it getting out of hand?
Should I write a book and release it on Nostr? I’ve always wanted to write a book.
I bet if I wrote a book. Nostr would take it like a pro! That’s how great and amazing Nostr is.

Good find. Gamecube controller at thrift shop
I found a GameCube controller at a thrift shop for just 6.94 USD / 9.99 CAD. It’s still in great condition, clean, though the back has three tiny cat bite marks. Definitely a great deal! My old one broke, so this was a much-needed find.
