He told me life was hard over there and there was racism against him because he was white and he couldn't make a living off his farm.\n\nHe said he was happy that he was allowed to come to Canada and was expecting life to be much better, but after a couple years he told me he can barely survive in Canada even tho he has farm land and that he has to get a second job.\n\nHe said life isn't good here either. It's as terrible. I told him ya the government is lying to many immigrants so they can come here, but the immigrants don't understand until they live here.
