Is this the second wave of hype? \n\nLike the first hype wave, which didn't trick Bitcoiners, was targeted towards Bitcoiners to move there and buy real estate. This second wave is not being targeted towards Bitcoiners. It's seems it's being targeted towards people who want to leave their bad countries or retirees but it's funny because during the first wave the YouTube comments were full of Bitcoiners calling out the YouTubers and their overpriced real estate. \n\nThis second wave is the same. The comments are calling out the outrageous prices these foreigners are charging for their services and their rental properties.\n\nEl Salvador failed to attract all the rich Bitcoiners and is now trying really hard to attract foreigners there with money and retirees.\n\nDo you think they will succeed this time?
