Some moved there thinking \u201cfreedom + Bitcoin = paradise.\u201d\n\nBut:\n\nMost didn\u2019t build essential infrastructure.\nFew created jobs or long-term industries.\nMany left once they realized nothing was actually built yet.\n\nTruth Bomb:\nEl Salvador didn\u2019t attract builders. It attracted Bitcoiners who believe in Bitcoin, but not the ones who build the real-world systems that turn that belief into a working, sustainable nation and belief alone doesn\u2019t power factories, secure the grid, or build a self-sustaining nation.\n\nHere's what they should have done:\n\nBuild energy and industrial zones first\nOffer real ownership and legal clarity\nPartner with doers, not just Twitter propagandists\n\nBut come on, do you really think some rich Bitcoiner is going to show up and build a hydroelectric or geothermal megaton power plant?\n\nLet\u2019s be real:\nMost Bitcoiners are investors, hodlers and  freedom-seekers not industrialists.\n\nAnd it\u2019s not Bitcoiners fault.\nThey grew up in a fiat world, working jobs, not building factories or running power grids.\n\nSo\u2026 did El Salvador really think Bitcoin whales would flood in and build the future? Are there even that many whales to begin with?\n\nDid they seriously believe rich Bitcoiners would come rushing in to buy overpriced real estate and retire early?\n\nYes \u2014 El Salvador thought all that but Bitcoiners are smarter than that.\n\nThey\u2019re young, they\u2019re driven, and they\u2019re not looking to sit around in retirement doing nothing.\nAnd they sure as hell aren\u2019t buying into a real estate bubble.\n\nEl Salvador, nice try but you jumped the gun. \n\nBitcoiners might have the money, the vision, the freedom but Bitcoin is the foundation, not the house.\n\nBitcoiners have the foundation but aren't ready to build the house because they lack the knowledge, the tools, and the blueprint to build a house.\n\nWhat would you do if you were a Bitcoin whale?
