In the Philippines, there\u2019s an underground market where people buy garbage from fast food restaurants, dig through it to find chicken scraps with meat still on them, then re-fry and re-sell them. \n\nThey even have a name for it. It's called PagPag.\n\nThe guy who investigated and filmed it actually ate a piece at the end.
