{"ok":true,"events":[{"content":"This Canadian lady moved her family to El Salvador and her kids are having a hard time adapting and making friends in the El Salvador government schools because the official language is Spanish. Her kids are teenagers and changing a child's language mid way through their life is a big no. It's very difficult to catch up and they will always struggle behind. \n\nIt's unfortunate that El Salvador is Spanish for English speakers as it will be difficult to adapt and integrate into society unless you master the language.\n\nShe ended up pulling her daughter out of the school because of the language barriers. It's a good learning experience for parents but tough on the children.
