Recently built sitting around rotting.\n\nAt first glance it looks like a good opportunity, but my suspicion is that it\u2019s a terrible investment and I was right. Swan Hills is a dying town with shrinking population and even had to be evacuated recently because of forest fires.\n\nHigh rent, low demand, and long-term decline in the local economy make this a trap for anyone thinking of buying in.
