Forums have been slowly dying for many years. I rarely visit Forums anymore. There is no need now with AI.

AI is putting another massive knife into them but the main reason they died is the administratiors ran their forums like communists and the forum software developers also ran their software like communists. Forums won't completely die out but the old days of them being super popular aren't coming back
