This feature has been highly requested, now, you'll be able to charge your customers on a monthly basis.

I'm not entirely sure how it will work yet. Perhaps the cost will be automatically deducted from the users balance each month? If the user doesn't have a balance then the payment won't go through? I'm not sure, but it's coming.
