Crypto . com is a perfect example of why branding matters.

Their name is literally a domain. You can’t even talk about the company without saying “dot com,” because “crypto” just means the entire industry.

Great domain, terrible brand.

And honestly… terrible company too. I’ve used them and the experience hasn’t been great.
