Keep dumping your money into Bitcoin. As more money goes outside the banking system we are putting pressure on the banking system to the point of collapsing them. They will not be able to lend out money anymore which will cause pressure on real estate "investors" the sellers will have to sell this junk at a much lower price or declare bankruptcy.

The reason business & restaurant margins are extremely small is because of the mortgages or high rent. If restaurants or any other business didn't have mortgages they would be able to make more money and hire more employees.

Real estate as an investment is stopping the country from being productive. Mortgages are a scam in order to keep people from succeeding. The banks used our money in their banks and re-sold us our real estate.
