I doubt you will see any spam on paid relays because spammers can't afford it. So they target the free relays. Paid relays are the future unless the free relays find a way to quickly combat and remove spammers and bots.

Nostr.wine a paid relay doesn't seem to display their prices anywhere or it's somewhere but hard to find.

I haven't seen too many paid relays... I wonder why? 🤔
