I suspect that Canada's long term goal is to build a mercenary military disguised as Canadians in order to decouple completely from the US and overpower the US and destroy the US constitution.

Just today (May 4, 2026), reports surfaced that Canada's Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. Jennie Carignan is preparing a pitch to expand the military to 500,000 personnel.
