On amethyst if you go to Setting-> Relays- Scroll down to almost the bottom. Where it says "Connected Relays" There is about 300 relays on mine.

I suspect this is why spam is getting through to those who are using amethyst. Amethyst is connecting to hundreds of these relays.

Why is amethyst connecting to these relays? The user never asked to be connected to them. We should speak about this issue because its loss of control for the user. I already have about 7 relays in my Public Inbox. I don't need hundreds that allow spam to run on their relays.
