I bought a xenforo license shortly after the company was created. I only renewed it 2 times. Partly because the xenforo team are a bunch of communists and also because forums are dead. I have no intention of renewing it ever again. Most forums are basically dead and AI is killing them even more and now we have nostr.

The best thing I did was not renew it every year.
