I just removed a bunch of people from my watchlist.

On LFL, you can sort all the npubs you follow by “Last Online.” Turns out, quite a few people I was following haven’t been active on Nostr for years, and some appear to have deleted or abandoned their accounts.

There’s really no point in continuing to follow inactive npubs forever.

I think follows should expire after a year unless you manually confirm that you still want to follow that person. It would help clean up abandoned accounts and keep your follow list relevant.

Nostr definitely still has room for improvement.
