I told people not to buy a condo. Condos are the worst idea ever invented. You are literally buying an overpriced apartment, and you still have to pay rent(condo fees)the rest of your life and the price doesn't go up forever.

It's more way more sense to just rent an apartment and save your money in Bitcoin. Now condos are going down and people are on the hook for the loss.

Guess who loves the selling condo idea? The banks do. They know you lose in the long run and the scam starts all over again.
