There is nothing or any new feature that will get users flooding into nostr. The growth will be slow and organic.

For starters, nostr is too much like X, and X is a terrible platform with fake everything. The normal person doesn't use or want a platform like X.

Facebook dominates because everyone on your list is a real person and you can post family pictures and stuff with stupid people commenting on it.

But tech has money and unless they suddenly start running out of money the users will continue to stay on there even if the experience continues to be bad.

Nostr will win in the end, Unfortunately it will be slow. Just don't quit your day job to work on a nostr project and except it to pay your way through life because you won't.
