This truther has been getting attacked by condo developers for telling the truth. I'm not surprised because condo developers need to keep hiding the fact that buying a condo is the one of the worst investments and many are terribly made.

I've always known buying a condo is a big mistake. Always rent over buying a condo which is technically simply buying an apartment. Stick to a house and rent it possible.
