Gross. In the Philippines, there’s an underground market where people buy garbage from fast food restaurants, dig through it to find chicken scraps with meat still on them, then re-fry and re-sell them.

They even have a name for it. It's called PagPag.

The guy who investigated and filmed it actually ate a piece at the end. It's extremely unsafe to even try a piece.

I’ve never seen poverty that extreme in Canada — it simply doesn’t exist here.
