cPanel vs Direct Admin prices
The catch for cPanel is you can’t install the versions solo, admin, pro on a dedicated server. They force you to install the Premier which is 65 a month. I only really need 1 or 2 accounts. It’s too expensive. Who can afford 65 a month.
DirectAdmin on the other hand, the Personal Plus gives you 2 accounts and they allow you to install it on a dedicated server.
I’ve tried both and I like them both. Both are equally great. I ended up cancelling my subscription because everything adds up too much and since it’s just my hobby I can’t justified paying so much monthly.
I somehow managed to not use a panel and yes it’s hard because everything is done by the terminal.
Must be difficult for people who are trying to run a business online. Imagine have 5 severs paying 60 a month for each panel. 300 a month. Insane!
