Thai food is profitable but not in Canada

The Thai restaurant I used to visit occasionally has closed down. Not surprised, everytime I went there, the place was empty and I guess my habit of not tipping also didn’t help. Now I’ll have to learn how to make Tom Yum soup myself.

It used to be that restaurants in Canada would last at least five years. Then it became three. Now, I’m seeing places shut down within a year. Things have really gotten bad for small businesses. Only corporations can survive.

Still not tipping though—this tipping culture is nonsense and out of control!

Shoutout to the U.S. for exporting this horrible tipping culture— just like their horrible rap music culture.
