Do pronouns announce someone is trans?

If a profile has their pronouns written on their profile does that mean they are transgender?

Usually on X, trans women put their little trans flag on their profile to let us know they are trans but even without their little trans flag it’s easy to know they are trans because most of them like taking off their clothes in exchange for “likes”
